Bro. Billy Jack and Ashley Smith have been married since 2010 and have two sons. They joined CDBC in 2019 when Bro. Billy Jack accepted the call of Associate Pastor. In February 2022, Bro Billy Jack was voted in as lead pastor to CDBC.
By God’s grace, Bro. Billy Jack was licensed to The Gospel ministry in 2011 by Harmony Hill Baptist Church in Lufkin, where he sat under the preaching of Dr. John Greene.
Bro. Billy Jack was ordained by Chestnut Drive Baptist Church in 2021, under the pastoring of Bro. Blackie Cranford. He earned his Associate of Divinity degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary of Jacksonville, TX.
